Shipping Policy

We ship to: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Switzerland, Australia .
Main shipping origin: France (warehouse).

2) Preparation times

  • Order preparation: 24 working hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 (Paris time) processed the next business day.

  • In the event of an unforeseen event (breakage, verification, peak activity), we will inform you and offer a new date or an immediate refund .

3) Carrier & tracking

  • Carrier: DHL ( Express option offered at checkout when available).

  • Online tracking : a tracking link is sent by email/SMS upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Deliveries to PO boxes are generally not possible with DHL (physical address required).

4) Estimated transit times (excluding customs)

  • France/EU : 2–5 working days

  • United Kingdom / Switzerland : 3–6 working days

  • USA / Canada : 3–7 business days

  • Australia : 4–8 working days
    Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the address (rural areas, islands, weather conditions, customs controls).

5) Shipping costs

  • Free shipping for all orders ≥ $50 (or equivalent in your currency) , threshold applied after discounts .

  • Below the threshold, fees are calculated at checkout according to destination/weight/mode (Standard/Express).

6) Taxes, VAT & customs (depending on region)

  • EU/UK : Prices may include VAT depending on your country; applicable VAT is displayed at checkout.

  • USA / Canada / Switzerland / Australia : Shipping is generally DAP (duties and taxes payable by the customer upon delivery). DHL/local authorities may contact you for payment.

  • Brokerage fees, local taxes or import duties are not collected by GoodFeet and are not refundable by us.

  • Always provide a valid address, email and telephone number for possible customs contact.

7) Incorrect address / unable to deliver

If the address provided is incomplete/incorrect or if delivery is refused, the package may be returned to us.

  • We can resend the shipment (with reshipping costs) or issue a refund less the costs incurred (round-trip shipping not refundable by carriers).

8) Multiple orders & partial shipments

To speed up delivery, we can split an order into several packages at no extra cost. Each shipment has its own tracking number .

9) Delay, loss or damage

  • Unusual delay : Check tracking; if necessary, contact us. We are opening an investigation with DHL.

  • Damaged package / missing item : report it within 7 days of delivery to contact@goodfeet.fr with photos of the package and the item; we will take care of the appropriate solution (replacement/refund).

  • Proven loss confirmed by DHL: replacement or full refund.

10) Changes / Cancellations

  • As long as your order has not been shipped , we can change the address or cancel it upon request. After shipment, use the return procedure.

11) Exchanges & returns (reminder)

  • Free size exchange (1 per order and per model, depending on stock).

  • Returns within 30 days : €9 fee (or local equivalent) except in the event of an error/defect on our part.
