  • Preparation: 24 working hours.

  • Carrier: DHL (express options available).

  • Origin of shipment: main warehouse in France .

  • Free delivery over $50 (or local equivalents) depending on the areas displayed at checkout.

  • International (US/CA/CH/AU…): in principle DAP (duties & taxes payable by the customer upon delivery), unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

  • The times shown are estimates. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer an option (alternative date or refund).

5) Returns, exchanges & refunds

  • 30 days to request a return ( new, unworn condition, with tags and GoodFeet box ).

  • Free size exchange (1 per order and per model, depending on stock).

  • Return costs: €9 contribution (or local equivalent) deducted, except for defective/incorrect product (covered).

  • EU/UK: 14-day right of withdrawal without reason (see Return Policy).
