Understanding our return policy

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

For EU/UK customers, your 14-day right of withdrawal (without reason) also applies. This statutory right is not affected by our 30-day sales policy.
2) Eligibility & condition of items
To be accepted, the article must be:

New, unworn, unwashed , no odor or trace of use,

With all original GoodFeet tags and packaging (box, sleeves, accessories).
We recommend trying on the shoes indoors on a clean floor .
Items received damaged/incorrect: contact us within 7 days with photos; we will take care of the return free of charge .
3) Size exchanges (free)

1 free size exchange per order and per model, while stocks last.

We issue a DHL label and ship the new size upon receipt/scan of your return package.
4) Return costs & options

Voluntary return (change of mind/size not available): fixed contribution of €9 (or local equivalent: taken from the refund) .

Return for defective/wrong item: free .

Initial delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5) Return Process (RMA)

Request : Write to contact@goodfeet.fr with your order number, the item(s) and the reason.

Validation : We confirm eligibility and send you a DHL label + instructions.

Preparation : Place the items back in the GoodFeet box , protect the box with overwrap.

Drop-off : hand over the package to the indicated DHL point (or collection if available).

Control & refund : upon receipt and inspection , we process within 24 hours .

Returns shipped without authorization/label may be refused or untraceable.
6) Deadlines & method of reimbursement

We trigger the refund within 24 hours after inspection .

It may take 3 to 10 business days for your payment method to be credited back depending on your bank/issuer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method . No cash refunds.
7) International orders (Canada, UK, EU, Switzerland, Australia)

Be sure to declare the package as “Return Merchandise” to avoid import duties.

Duties & taxes paid to the carrier/customs are generally not refundable by us (check with your local authority).
8) Cancellations & modifications

You can cancel or change your order within one hour of purchase as long as shipping has not started.

Beyond that, wait for delivery and then follow the return procedure.

Pre-orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped.
9) Non-returnable items
We do not currently offer items that are excluded from return (e.g., gift cards, discontinued items).
If such items are offered in the future, they will be explicitly marked as “Final Sale – Non-Returnable” on the product sheet.
10) Offers, bundles & promo codes

If a partial return invalidates the conditions of a promotion (e.g. “2nd pair -20%”), the amount refunded is adjusted accordingly.

Return shipping costs (€9) apply per return shipment, not per item.
11) Defective products & warranty

Defect noted upon receipt: full coverage (identical exchange or refund).

Commercial guarantee :

“30-day money-back guarantee” (return in new condition).

1 year warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding normal wear and tear, accidental damage/misuse).

To activate the warranty, contact contact@goodfeet.fr with proof of purchase and photos/videos.

12) EU/UK customers – right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you reside in the EU or the UK:

You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason .

You then have 14 days to return the item to us.

We refund within 24 hours after receipt & inspection .
